The location Is fantastic! The host Coy is super welcome 🤗 and she take care about you to guarantee the best stay. It is a very very quiet area and you have the sea just 10 steps from your bed!

This property was very peaceful and relaxing. After spending several weeks in multiple locations, it was awesome to just be able to relax and unwind. Koi and Paul were very accommodating. Paul is a great tour guide and koi catered to our every need. This place is not overrun by tourist as were most places that we visited.

There were not a lot of options for restaurants

This place was absolutely amazing! So beautiful to sleep with the sound of waves and wake up beside the sea. The place was spacious and homely. The bed was super comfortable. The pool was awesome. And watching the sunset was like something from a movie. I absolutely loved this place. And the owners are the most lovely, friendly and helpful people you could ever wish for. We didn't want to leave this place.

We loved everything.

The hosts are wonderful people and you get the bonus of their lovely dogs to greet you. Their place is right on the water so you get wonderful sunsets. If you don't feel like swimming in the ocean you can relax in their waterfront pool. Additionally, they will provide you with all the recommendations you need and you can even hire them for transportation, tours, laundry service, etc...

The pillows were a little uncomfortable, but the strong air condition helped me sleep anyway! This is out of their control but there aren't many good restaurants nearby, However, he hooked us up with a reliable scooter rental shop so we could get wherever we needed to go.

Paul and Koy are such wonderful hosts. Very helpful and can organise all your tours of Bohol. This location is closest to Chocolate Hills and all the tourist spots. Away from the hustle and bustle of Alona Beach, which we loved. The whale sharks are about 5 minutes drive away, and Paul will drive you there to make sure you're the first boat out before the crowds arrive from Alona Beach. There is a restaurant for beautiful dinners 1km away, which we recommend, and we loved eating lunch and coffee at the Cake Shop, which was also just up the road. Paul will pick you up from the airport and take you to the biggest shopping mall to buy food for your stay in the villa. You'll need breakfast foods, coffee and snacks, as the location is not close to shops. The villa has a beautiful tropical garden and a lovely pool. The beach front location is stunning, with the beautiful sound of the waves in the evening. Our children loved discovering the sea animals in the rock pools and swinging on the swings. The highlight of our stay were the two Labrador dogs, which are so well trained, friendly, and fun to play with. Our children didn't want to leave the dogs and were sad to say goodbye. Koy will order a tricycle in the evenings to take us to dinner and to be picked up. This villa is great if you enjoy peace, serenity, and a stunning view, away from Alona Beach, which we didn't really like. We'd stay again for sure. A big thank you to Koy and Paul for your warmth, love, and hospitality. We really felt at home in your accommodation and enjoyed seeing our kids have so much fun.

The villa was spotlessly clean. New western comfortable pillows, would be great. Daily cleaning and making beds would ensure great too, along with fresh towels. We loved everything 😃

Amazing views straight from your bed. Lovely lush grass next to a beautiful blue sea. Paul and Koy were the perfect hosts! Very friendly and helpful at every turn. 2 friendly Dogs roaming around was the cherry on top.

This is my second time to come to this dream vacation house! I spent a memorable New Year's Eve in Bohol. The villa is extremely clean, and the sunset view is really marvelous. Paul and Koy have done sooooo much for us. I will remember this New Year forever!!!

Great outlook, beautiful sunset views while sitting on tree swing, roomy villas with own cooking facilities, quiet and intimate as we were the only guests during our stay.

If you didn’t have a scooter the location is a little bit isolated but suited us.

Everything was amazing, the Location, the villa itself, the view, sunsets. Paul and his wife are so helpful and friendly, I recommend booking a day out with Paul to see the island.
