Very quiet and relaxed place away from the towns with great ocean views. Hosts were lovely people and helpful in giving advice on where to eat and what to do. Only issue is

Getting to and from the property takes around 40 minutes from Tagbilaran, though it’s the price to pay for how tranquil it is.

Away from the hustle and bustle of the island, Paul and Koy were very accommodating.

The seaside villa is my dream residence for a holiday on the island. Perfect for friends or family travel. Very clean room and convenient equipments including kitchen. Paul and Koi are super hospitable and friendly, managing everything for us including airport pickup, tour planning, motor rental (and birthday surprise). A memorable holiday and thank you all ❤️

Paul and Koy are absolutely lovely people and will do anything to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. The villa was everything we could have asked for and the location was perfect. We were a couple of friends travelling together so we got given a extra mattress for the living room which was an excellent addition and made our stay that little bit more comfortable. 100% recommended this place.

Nice garden and pool, good internet, pleasant and helpful owner.

The accommodation disappointed us, the equipment was outdated, the sea with a high tide, the smell, not suitable for swimming, the highlight was the cockroaches that appeared in the bathroom. Despite the paid stay, we left the accommodation earlier and secured another one.

really enjoyed our waterfront stay. Hosts live onsite and are incredibly helpful if you need any local advice or services. This place has everything we needed, including fireflies in the trees !

We loved this place and wish we would be able to stay longer! The place was clean, spacious, private and beautiful. First, Paul was very responsive and helpful via messaging. We met Koy at the villa and she is a fantastic host, super friendly, accommodating and very kind. We also loved the dogs Mini and Larisa! Everything was perfect: fully equipped kitchen, barbecue, smart TV, swimming pool, motorbike renting available. Thank you so much for an amazing stay, we would love to come back again!
