Ooh the service is amazing. The staff is friendly and communicate on time very well. The breakfast at the restaurant is also very nice. The views and the Pods are to die for.

The waiters and staff were friendly and helpful.

The management attitude was very bad and heartless.if you know that there is a high possibility that you might arrive there late.dont bother to book there ,they will lock you outside the gate.you have to sleep at the garage or shaddy guest houses until the next day.and be careful when you booking for safari rides,they will cancel or move times and not want to pay you.The refreshment bar is struggling,there is no variety. .bring you own drinks to be safe.if you go outside please constantly check the time to avoid been locked out.my sister and I we had to sleep at the garage in a town we dont know,we called the place before arrival,to let them know of what time will be arriving.we were still locked outside.

I loved everything about our stay, the food was amazing. The staff was great. A variety of activities to choose from. It's a beautiful place, and value for money.

Location, nature, Beautiful views. It is really a peaceful place and the staff provide exceptional services. Loved the outdoor hot tub, it was big enough and the fridge surprisingly was a good size. Braai facility 👌

The bed felt a bit small, pillows were too thick , it will help to have a thinner option. There is loud noise from the pipes every time you flush. Check out is too early,you don’t get to enjoy breakfast, at least it should be 11am. The delivery/ pickup service is very pricey, it takes away from the convenience.
