New modern facility with comfortable rooms. The waitress in the restaurant was exceptional!

I visited this property the day before booking to ensure they had an onsite restaurant with room service and was assured all ok.. after booking online and arriving was told the night cook did not show up for work and no food would be available. Four star hotel??? Super disappointing. A search of the area on foot provided sushi or bar food. I did not eat that evening. Following morning was excited to eat the breakfast buffet and get some egg protein -Quoted from the Hotel webpage "There is no better way than to start your day with a delicious and fresh breakfast, that’s why we offer our complimentary American Breakfast, that includes selection of fruits, pastries, bread and its add-ons, cereal, yoghurt, assortment of cold cuts, cheese, vegetables, tortilla chips, eggs at different preparations, refried beans, garnish, salsas, juice, milk, coffee and tea. Everything is prepared at the moment with the best quality and products. Enjoy this complimentary breakfast from Monday to Friday from 06:00 to 10:30 hrs. and on weekends and holidays from 07:00 to 11:00 hrs. We are committed to giving you a great start to your day!" Eggs and refried beans are available for purchase only, no tortuilla chips ever..Four star advertising with two star results. Spoke with the manager and he said the webpage does not say free eggs...complimentary is free!! He comped that for me. Very nice. After finishing the meal proceeded to the pool to relax for a bit before starting travel to USA..was there about ten minutes when construction began..hammers and chisels..gave up went to the room and packed. Then trying to get Uber was hard..four drivers cancelled. fifth finally arrived. It took 35 minutes from initial contact with Uber until a ride actually arrived. All drivers cited the distance from city center and traffic as reason for cancelling. Have a car if you plan to stay here! The Hotel is still under construction and the hallways outside the elevators were very dirty.

The room was very clean and the bed was comfy.

The breakfast space was very disorganized, there was no food, and all the tables were dirty and not attended to for over 30 min.
