Breakfast and bed.

Expect no privacy, there is no door to the bathroom, the toilette and shower are separate and each has a non-sound proof glass door. If you are sleeping and someone gets up to the restroom in the middle of the night you will be startled by the noise in the bathroom. Plus the AC didn’t work.

The weather and pool.

The staff were very rude. I am from England and speak a little Spanish but they ignored me and just waited for my parter to talk. The breakfast is a con. The man on reception told us it was until 11. When we arrived the first day, the rude waiter told us you can’t eat now and you need to pay. They don’t include on the website that a cold continental breakfast is included that is covered in flies. The staff then stood in a group and spoke and pointed at us for the whole of our breakfast and laughed. Making us feel very uncomfortable for the remainder of our trip. Location is also poor, Uber drivers do not like going to the hotel either so it’s impossible to get transport to beaches in quick time.

The place very clean and fairly new. They also had a late check-out time which was good for us on this trip. I didn't use any of the amenities except for Wifi, and breakfast.

The breakfast started to look grazed over about 2 hours after the start. Some staff did not look happy, but the ones that counted looked happy and were very helpful.
