Stunning 3 bedroom apartment Edinburgh

We loved the scenic view from the balcony and living room and the cleanliness of the place was excellent. We also received a complementary pack of tea and biscuits which was nice.

There wasn't anything that we didn't like, except for the minor inconvenience of having no bathroom lock.

Was very run down In dire need of a refurb except bathroom Broken sockets, curtains hanging off rails ,living room door handle broken, Radiators peeling and dirty ,walls dirty , 2 battery in remote and back missing, Kitchen sticky tops, Loose wires above front door ,door lock not attached fully( screws not put in correctly) standing fan kept falling as not built properly, sofa all marked , Balcony very dirty and tired Absolutely not worth the £385 we paid for 1 night

Clean sheets and towels

Unsafe and dangerous issues. Broken socket, wire on carpet running across lounge floor. If tripped head would hit glass table, Broken lounge door handle, curtains hanging off rails, nowhere to hang anything in bathroom, filthy entrance, windows in some rooms screwed shut, water in waste bin in bathroom. No lid on bin in kitchen.

For a family of 6 one of whom was in a wheelchair, I don't think we could have found better accommodation within our budget. The elevator was great and the location worked out beautifully. We loved the balcony as well.

There was a broken faucet handle but it didn't cause any problems. The faucet still turned just fine. Minor things here and there but we had no complaints

Clean and well organised flat with everything we needed, convenient to get to from the airport. Close to supermarket and places to eat. Very good connections to the centre, many bus stops within 2 minutes walk. Staff helpful in helping us during check in

Entering the address on google map we reached the back of the building, having some difficulty in finding access

WiFi didn’t work, the broadband box kept flashing near the TV, they said it’s a the WiFi was a white EE WiFi, this wasn’t broadband and instead mobile WiFi which when connected too asked us to purchase data. Location is not a nice area, lots of police sirens and eviction notices on doors. Some cabinets full of black mould. Handles falling off the doors 2 of the 4 chairs at the table are broken and unable to be sat on. The couch bed is only suitable for 1 person. Very overpriced for what you get, feels like the brought it cheap and just started to try get bookings with minimal work done to make it suitable.
