Stunning 3 bedroom apartment Edinburgh

The first entry to the house made me sick very bad smell. The sofa and chairs were not clean I had to go shopping for some cleaning stuff ( bleach and an air freshener )

I'm sorry but the apartment isn't stunning and doesn't have the facilities that I was expecting. No cot has been provided even though it has been requested, no blankets available, very poor heating. No radiators in the kitchen, hallway or bathroom! Very cold and damp house. The windows were covered in water and the walls had mould on it no recommend especially when travelling with kids

How close the apartment was to Murrayfield was great! Easy bus routes into the city centre as aswell. Beds were comfortable and the bathroom and kitchen were clean.

The TV didn't work which you would expect freeview as a minimum considering the money paid.

The cleanliness, facilities, location.

As soon we checked in we found our toilet was blocked. We called and they send someone to fixed it while we were outside. We called again before going back to the property to confirmed it’s fixed they said so. Unfortunately , we found out the toilet was still blocked then we tried calling nobody anansweres. After a long wait we fixed the toilet by ourselves. Then they call me back and email me. Apart from this everything was on top, love the location and love the property.

Bed mattress was too soft and low, was slept 2 days there, but backache for few days, and still pain
