"A lovely clean apartment in a good location, perfect for an overnight stay in Poole."

It was very clean and comfortable with lovely decor and in walking distance of the places we were visiting.

It would have been helpful to have some instructions on how to use the TV, not being very technical we couldn’t make it work. Also we couldn’t find a tea towel to dry the washing up.

"Very clean, handy to ferry and excellent communication with owner."

Very clean, well equipped and comfortable. Handy for Poole ferry. Handy parking nearby. Able to put bikes in sitting room.

Traffic noise right outside window. Lift out of action. Cooker hood not working. Very hot due to tumble dryer being on. Opening windows = even more traffic noise.

Good location with parking facilities and a good local amenities nearby. Shops, takeaways and cafe. Good bus route and Accomodation was excellent. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at James place. Thank you .

We followed the instructions given and got the keys.

I had originally thought that the parking was on site but we were only allowed to stay there for twenty minutes to drop off our belongings and then we parked at another car park for free that was close but involved crossing a busy road.
