Contemporary, stylish south coast home

I liked the lift. Apartment spacious and felt secure in the building .Buses nearby. The bedrooms were a good size bathroom lovely . Roof terrace would be used if staying a few nights. Free parking nearby. Local shops nearby . Lovely park across the road .Condiments tea and sugar were left for us and cleaning products .Perfect for one night stay before continuing travelling.

Kitchen cupboards and mirrors too high for me .Im only 4ft 10 !! My friend has arthritis in her knee so sofas too low. Bed bit low for her too.

The property is very clean, modern, well-located containing all necessities such as body wash, tea, coffee, and everything we needed for our stay. Comfy pillows, sofa, and bed. High quality beddings. The host was very responsive. We will come back for sure

The double bed was a bit small for 2 adults

It was stylish and more importantly for me, immaculately clean. Dont think I’ve ever stayed anywhere as clean. Had everything we needed for a comfortable stay after a long drive and ferry crossing. Great location for ferries. James was incredibly helpful answered any messages immediately.

Only thing was parking, we had to carry our bags a little distance to and from car. I’m being picky here, we are of the more mature generation, probably won’t bother anyone else.

We liked the fact that it was so close to Poole Gardens which is such a nice place to spend the mornings and evenings in. It's a residential area.

Noise from the traffic just outside was a little bit of annoyance. in view of the warm weather we couldn't keep the windows shut and there was traffic till a little late in the evening. Luckily we didn't need the lift since we had the first floor but when we tried going to the terrace and when we came in with luggage the lift didn't work. A little temperamental kind of lift.

Great location for Poole Park (for Poole parkrun). The flat is new, quite spacious, and high quality.

Everything was fine. Just some small things: I would recommend the provision of cereal/pudding bowls, a warning about the 'no cars' section of the road outside the front door, and a slightly better map for parking, which is just over 200m away from the front door. This is a new development, which is great, but Google hasn't caught up yet.

Everything, good location, apartment was very clean and good size. Warm and comfortable. Highly recommended

The apartment was easy to find and clean. James was friendly and answered my questions quickly.

It was a great apartment which had everything we needed and was easy to find/use.
