Homewood Suites by Hilton Mount Laurel

The property is in a nice location and close to many shops and restaurants.

The pool is not heated and was ice cold. We specifically stayed here because they had an indoor pool and my kids could not go in it because it was not heated. The hotel should state that online so people know. The carpets were not vacuumed regularly and looked dirty.

Stayed there last year same time and we had a good experience-in just one year-it’s become a dump.

The queen suite had one waste basket, broken garbage disposal, the pool was “broken”, staff letting their friends family in pool door, kids banging on doors and a man next to us asked them to be quiet and they ran away laughing, one basketball that had disintegrated leather hanging off it……

No swimming pool. Clogged kitchen. Slow wifi

Kid friendly hotel, served hot breakfast

Staff was very rude and definitely not professional at all. Definitely was not worth the money. They need to get new people in there. They treat you like your bothering them. Very rude. I was very surprised.

Location was perfect. Easily to get to Philly but didn’t have to stay in the city.

Everything was great.

Breakfast was fine although the eggs were not hot. Desk attendant at check in was very friendly and helpful.

We reported that both electrical outlets at the mirror were not working due to the ground fault interruptor, as well as a toilet seat that was not securely attached to the bowl and neither issue was resolved during our 4 day stay. The weekend became extremely crowded with youngsters to the point it was difficult to use the elevators. On our checkout day we were unable to find a luggage cart to move our all of our belongings at one time. Dining supplies in kitchen were sparse. No directions for microwave use, making it difficult to reheat items.

I did like there was a non pork item for breakfast and not just bacon

Some things are dated, around the bottom of shower was dirt caked up
