Room very nice and everything you need desk staff super nuce and helpful pool and room very clean

pool had no towels and was cold. need blankets and pillows for pull out bed

My grandsons loved the breafast. It was fresh and hot. hey served chicken sausages wich was great for our dietary needs. The service is great.

I don't have anything to say in this area. Everything was absolutely great.

Fold out bed was not in very good condition. The queen mattress needs replaced. The pillows have no support and also probably need replaced. In one room, the heater was not working at all, and my Father was moved to another room the next day. We had to ask for sheets for the pull-out bed, and they said it would be delivered, but nobody brought them. We went to the desk to get them. My Father asked for a receipt for the room he paid for and was rudely told it would be provided by the agency we booked with. That was unacceptable.

Spacious rooms & nice little kitchen with some essentials to cook/eat.

I thought breakfast had a good selection/ but most of hot items were cold
