Penthouse Condo Unit near Airport NAIA

The unit looks good as advertised as it only showed the good parts. I liked it as it was pet friendly

A lot of things. The unit was dusty. The sink was clogged and the faucet was loose. It was hard to contact the owner/ manager/staff. The couch was saggy and uncomfortable to sit on. We had to have our sheets washed because they were not clean and the bed too. The terrace was a disaster. The plants were withered and it was obviously neglected. The unit is nice but should have good maintenance otherwise it’s just a waste.

Didn’t like at all. Staff told us to cancel after we book them and paid. VERY RUDE CARETAKER or WHO ever he was.

I was asking why he cancelled it when I should be the one will will decide cause I’m the costumer. After I paid it, with in 15 minutes, the person uncharged cancel the booking because he said we were in a hurry. Well I said there’s 2 senior citizen needs to rest and beside it’s paid. We send ID’s and after that, the caretaker said they don’t want to take us. And told us to cancel. NO GOOD AT ALL! Never recommend it.

Cogimos este alojamiento por cercanía al aeropuerto porque hicimos una noche en Manila por horarios de aviones, cuando llegamos resultó ser el piso de alguien que parecía haberse salido para dejarnos dormir a nosotros, todo limpio pero no como un hotel, como una casa al uso. Mucho ruido en la habitación y no podíamos poner el aire porque sonaba como un camión arrancado. Sinceramente, creo que hay mejores opciones de alojamiento para pasar una noche cerca del aeropuerto

Almost everything, most especially the host! Not accommodating and not prompt on answering my questions. They even give me a wrong door passcode! And it took long for them to answer my call and text thru biber. Beddings doesn’t smell like it was washed, no proper ventilation, there’s a mini ventilation fan but too far from the cooking area. So it takes time to ventilate the air while cooking. There’s a water galon but no water. Bathroom, the rubber mat inside the shower is filthy and no slippers provided inside. The location is right next the expressway so the constant noise of cars kept me awake, i can hardly sleep.

Easy to book clean rooms. Feeling like coming home after a lot of travelling...great accomidation renter was really nice and easy going.
