A nice clean well kept home well placed to visit Stratford upon Avon town centre a nice easy 10 minute walk into town no need for a taxis. Area quite easy properly to find with our sat navigation. Overall 5 adults stay big enough two shower rooms and 3 toilets. Would highly recommend this house.

We can't think of anything between the 5 of us .

"Location is great for us."

Perfect location for us, and a nice house that we have stayed in several times. Good to see that the front bedroom now has a blackout blind and the carpets seem to have been cleaned.

There are just a few things that could easily be sorted out - lack of teapot or bread knife, very few glasses (4 tumblers when house sleeps 5), need instructions on how to work the oven, fan doesn’t work in the bathroom so it steams up, mismatched or non-working lightbulbs. Nothing major, just some niggles that wouldn’t cost much to fix.

"Comfortable Stay"

The house is in a very nice location. 10 minute walk into Stratford. Comfortable beds and furniture.plent of space for our party of 3 adults and two children.

A dishwasher was listed, but there wasn't one. Kitchenware, namely crockery, was lacking. There were only 3 side plates, 3 glass tumblers, not enough for 5 of us. There was mould in the ensure shower and along the bottom of the bathroom screen, which I cleaned off. There weren't any instructions for the oven and it took us some time to work out how to use it. The house was lovely and warm, and the heating easy to use.

"Smashing house in Stratford"

A clean, comfortable house, 20 minutes walk into the centre of town. A good size for 4-6 people.

A couple of small things that would have made the stay easier were missing. There's no dishwasher (that's fine!) but no tea towel or dishcloth were left. No bin bags either. A clothes airer would be nice too. Small things that you don't carry when travelling and would take the property from VG to Excellent!
