Beautiful House in Stratford upon Avon

Lovely interior, quiet location.

Very creaky floorboards which woke people up in the night if anyone moved around.

Location great for us. Nice and clean, with plenty of room for us.

Just a few small niggles - still no tea pot or bread knife, needs blackout blind in front bedroom and could really do with two front door keys.

Really comfortable beds, great location, lovely garden, comfy sofa, street parking, value.

To be even better could do with some updated painting and carpet upstairs.

Well where to start the home it’s self would be a beautiful home if more care and attention was paid to the property, the carpets were diabolical stained in numerous places, need a good clean or replaced, the washing machine was full of dirt, the plates were dirty, bed was ridiculous smelt like urine, and would have been more comfortable sleeping on the floor as the pillows were clearly old and over used definitely need to upgrade, the bathroom downstairs had mould in the corner, on the positive note the house did have everything required and the garden was beautiful you can see a lot of attention is paid in to the garden itself

It was phenomenal. Much closer to the city centre than expected from what I first assumed from the map, really warm and cozy, great HD TV. Really good pressure on the showers and comfy beds, beautiful garden too.

It has good potential, 3 bedrooms, good layout , nice little garden

The property was so dirty when we arrived, All the beds were dirty, stains on the sheets and hair found, All the kitchen equipment was dirty, we had to wash it before we could use it, Dust on the surfaces , mound in the bathrooms, When I complained about the beds and quality of the cleaning, I was finally given “clean sheets” 5hrs later at 9pm These sheets stank of cigarettes - I was told cleaning would be re done the next day which it never was! Faulty smoke alarm kept going off - was told this would be checked and it never was! A lot of false promises.

The property wasnt very clean and the cutlery was dirty had a couple of problems when arrived but oracle property was really good. Also misleading advertising there was no bbq in the back garden 😒

Perfect location for us, just round the corner from our son's house. Comfortable and clean house, just what we have been looking for, and very comfortable bed.

A couple of things missing from the kitchen - a teapot and bread knife were the most essential. Shower in en suite very small so we used the bigger bedroom, especially because there was no blackout blind on the window in the other bedroom.
