Beautiful House in Stratford upon Avon

Super Location. We didn’t use the garden but nice to have an enclosed garden with seating.

The carpets could do with being cleaned, many stains.

there could have been a supply of reciclying bags for the different recycling bins . also a cleaning product

Ideal location and nice surroundings

No heating or hot water on Friday / Saturday. However good commication between the agent and i via text and sorted by Sat afternoon/ evening. The stairs were externally creaky and noisy.

Cosy home ideally situated with a very short drive into Stratford centre. Well equipped and comfortable. Great to have ensuite as well as main bathroom when travelling as a family.. no wait for the shower!

The walls seem to be paper thin. Our first night was spent with little sleep we could hear neighbors making a lot of noise and talking through to 4am! 2nd night thankfully was quiet.

Space, venue, rooms and 2 bathrooms.

It was dirty. Hadn’t been hoovered- dead insects and dirt in carpets. Several light bulbs missing- this is really cheap skate to only out 2 bulbs in the lights that take 3. Crockery was stained- is it too much to ask for cups that arent chipped or dirty? Shower/bath doesn’t work properly

The location was perfect. A walk into town but very manageable.

The floorboards were very squeaky so it was difficult not to wake each other. The key was also broken and kept coming apart.
