Comfortable, warm, quiet and pleasant location

The very squeaky floors upstairs. The leak under the kitchen sink. No cafetière for coffee making. The crockery and glasses were not very clean and needed a good wash before use.

There didn’t appear to be a clothes dryer. This would have been helpful. It took a long time for the property to heat. After 3 days the interior still didn’t reach 19

Location

Cleanliness very poor, carpets Filthy, carpets in ensuite and downstairs toilet a lot to be desired (yuck)cobwebs throughout, shower black on edge of door mould on windows. Marks all over walls, light fittings in living & dining room need new bulbs. Left the house a 100% cleaner then when we first arrived.

Nice space with good kitchen and room to sit and enjoy dinner. Clean. In a nice neighbourhood.

A few areas of the apartment were noticeably tired and need some tlc.
