Beautiful House in Stratford upon Avon

Property was well located and presented beautifully. Lovely and clean on arrival

Only negatives were the lawn area was quite overgrown. A quick mow would have made the back area look lovely. Had to purchase some extra forks due to only being 4 in the drawer for a family of 5.

Location was further away from town centre than expected

We liked the location and privacy of the house and it was very well equipped for a long stay.

The beds weren't up to scratch they had stains on the mattress and blood marks on the pillows where the ensuite room it's.The pillows had no protectors on them so not hygienic also the mattresses where very uncomfortable and hard...there were cobwebs around the property. Outside bins we're full and bursting out no where to put rubbish as we were told to empty bins when we left. The house itself was very very creaky and noisy when you moved around.

Modern look and feel, very spacious and a great location with a park over the road for the kiddos

Proximity to Stratford centre & quiet

The cleaning needs to be more thorough, unless the spiders in the downstairs loo are a feature. House could sleep 5 yet there are only 4 weird cups and at least 12 wineglasses The description talks about a dishwasher and there were dw tabs in a cupboard but there is no dishwasher (my son doesn’t count)

Location was perfect. Quiet location. And having 3 toilets was great with kids. Clean and nicely decorated.

Not enough pillows or towels. Very creaky floorboards. Too many spiders on entry. No hairdryer, coffee machine or dishwasher as stated. Needs some mugs for hot drinks, as the cups weren't practical.
