"Bad NOT worth the money spent ."

Staff was caring and friendly

Room was bad and smelling ,room was warm asked for a fan which was never delivered . Shower water was not able to drain and tiles were broken .

"Great location and staff , average food and attention to detail ."

Location was amazing , hotel rooms and vibe was really good with great views and helpful staff

Resturant was average , food choice limited and not that great in terms of taste and flavour , lacking some flavour especially salt . Bathroom sink was leaking , fan provided was dusty , house keeping was not the best , hard to get areas were dirty with dust . Would still visit again if I went to same location

Amazing location with courteous staff . Good food with good views . Staff was exceptionally good and Saleem was excellent among them . I would say this is the best property in Sonmarg .
