Four Points by Sheraton Sonmarg Resort

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Four Points by Sheraton Sonmarg, and I cannot praise the staff enough. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The team went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Every request I made was met with promptness and a genuine willingness to help. Whether it was providing local insights or accommodating special requests, the staff’s respectful and courteous demeanor truly stood out. It was clear that they were dedicated to making every guest feel valued and cared for. The hotel itself is beautifully situated, but it’s the exceptional service that makes it memorable. I highly recommend Four Points by Sheraton Sonmarg for anyone seeking a relaxing getaway.

Brand new property, very clean, inviting and warm staff

The road that leads up to the property is back breaking, and it’s also marked wrong on google maps which leads you to go around for 10 minutes before finding the hotel

Well located with good views of the mountains. Good breakfast and service. We availed of dinner which was perfectly acceptable. Both Nitesh and Aarif were very helpful at reception and so were the 2 people at the restaurant.

There were some issues with the plumbing in the bathroom but it was sorted by the staff..

Location is great, staff is very good and hospitable.

The food menu is limited.
