Four Points by Sheraton Sonmarg Resort

We had booked 7 rooms for our family's stay. I liked that the bathroom floor was heated in some of the rooms. The staff were friendly and were quick to fix a broken door handle within 20 minutes of complaint. The scenery is absolutely stunning from the rooms with mountain view. The desert spread was good compared to the main course. The soups were also good. But main course was spicy to taste.

The hot or on the spot prepared food could have been better for breakfast, especially in the cold weather. The service was a little slow at the restaurant. The heaters in some rooms did not work as well.

Amazing location. The property has recently opened, but the staff is really nice and food is decent. I would recommend this property to everyone

We had the suite n it had the most gorgeous views of the mountains; couldn’t get enough of it. It truly looks like a place straight out of the mountains. The food was excellent- special thanks to chef Manish for making excellent care n great hospitality. The staff at the restaurant were super friendly! Made every meal special

The cleanliness needs to be improved. For a new place it isn’t clean!
