Four Points by Sheraton Sonmarg Resort

I liked the location. Its a very well situated property with great views.Also liked hkw to staff tried their best

the room size is good and room was clean

for the price that we paid, it was totally not worth it. In house restaurant is not that good and is not available throughout the day

Pros: Great location Courteous staff (mostly) Cons: 1) Poor linen quality. For an hotel charging 14k per night, you expect better quality. 2) Pathetic Food. Breakfast was below average, dal served in the dinner on the second night of the stay was undercooked/stale, had a severe stomach infection in the night post consuming it. During check out when I told the same to the hotel manager (some south indian gentleman don’t remember his name), he had the audacity to say that he consumed the same dal and it seemed okay rather than acknowledging that there seemed to be some issue, since 3 of us out of a group 5 had stomach infections post consuming the food. Was told that I’ll be shared the invoice copy over email post checking out, despite multiple reminders over email didn’t receive the same. What’s worse, the contact number mentioned on the app nobody was responding on the same.

Great location.

Resturant and restaurant service. No package drinking water. There’s no all day dining though in menu they mention it’s there.

Location is very good as it’s walking distance to activities. Staff is very helpful. Breakfast has great options. The only missing thing is infrastructure considering it an international chain, I have expected a bit better but overall we had an amazing stay with Mountain View from balcony.
