Four Points by Sheraton Sonmarg Resort

I really like the staff and how they served us our meals with top class hospitality.

We had to wait for 3 hours to get drinking water and landlines werent working.

Beautiful property with amazing views. The hospitality was really good. I enjoyed the breakfast spread. The balcony had really good views. Words cannot explain how impressed i was. Activities are just outstanding the hotel

Beautiful property in a stunning location! Food and breakfast can be improved. Not much to do at the property — they could do with some local music performance or some kind of event or give bonfire complimentary because it can get boring!

Food could be improved. Bathroom doors don’t close or lock properly. Overall service was okay but slow. Food served in rooms could be covered to avoid getting cold.
