The Host was fantastic and helpful, the location of the property in Manila is second to none. Alfa mart is at the bottom of the building, very convenient.

The staff in the building are rude and unhelpful. it's very difficult to have guests, because staff are fearful, they may sleep in the hotel. Always being questioned when you walk in the building. I felt i was being treated like a child.

Checkin took 90min, we are 3 pax and got 2 small towels, after complaining, we got 1 shower tower, should be shared for 3 pax. The door lock was not safe, the opening combination was the room number. We did not feel safe and checkout after 1hour.

"Wonderful room and host"

The view of the pool was nice, along with the kitchen amenities. It was very quiet in the top floors, so it was nice to stay in a peaceful room. Mall of Asia was across the street and very convenient to go to whenever we wanted to go shopping. Host was very kind and gracious with our requests during our stay, will definitely book again.

You do hear the occasional planes flying overhead, but after traveling throughout the day, you wont notice after passing out

Food is around the corner with walking distance. Easy to access to big malls. Walking distance to bay walk with open space for drinking sessions. Peacefull place and easy to access on grab-a-car. Can have a beautiful atop.

The queen size bed. Not suitable for double occupancy. Malfunction of microwave oven.
