I like how accomodating the agent was for helping with the registration for the IDs. The rooms where clean, the bed was also very comfortable to sleep in. Location wise is also the best since it's nearby MoA and other places to eat and buy essentials.

"Overall great"

Convenient and close to MoA. Property staff Mr Ryan is super helpful from check in and checkout. Even help to find driver to airport after trying 1 hour searching grab.

Smart TV wifi is not working tried a few times still cannot connect. Aircond need maintenance since water dripping out after switch on for some time.

The room and the location

The staff at the reception were not accommodating at all (naka simangot 😂), maybe for foreigners going for check-in they're not 😂. And also the staff at the pool, like she's the owner of the whole residence 😂.
