GuestReady - Amazing flat near Praca Dom Pedro IV

El desayuno no estaba incluido, por ser un apartamento, no obstante en la cocina había todo lo necesario para prepararse un desayuno. Lo que más me gusto es que estaba todo nuevo y bien pintado, las camas confortables y el baño bien. Se trata de una casa antigua, pero trasformada en apartamentos modernos muy agradables.

Fue la dificultad en operar el código para entrar en el edificio y encontrar la llave. Afortunadamente, había un inquilino asomado a la ventana del 4º piso y tuvo la amabilidad de bajar y abrirnos la puerta. La habitación individual era pequeña y no tenía espacio para un armario, ni había perchas donde colgar la ropa y tan solo unas estanterías metálicas.

The location

The apartment was not the one shown in the photos. The apartment was not clean. There was a gross smell in allbthe building, in fact, some walls were open for what seems to be pipes issues. Also, there were holes in all the walls.

Terrible bed and sofa quality

It was small but very well spaced out, it had everything we needed.

The property could do with being more cleaner, there was a lot of dust in the rooms, one of the fans was completely covered in dust and so we were unable to use it. The bathroom door on the inside, and the shower could also do with a deep clean.

De locatie en het ruim gevoel.

Geen airco, warm, een heel stinkende geur bij het binnenkomen. Dit bleek van het terrasje te komen. Zeer vochtig en geen hangrek om handdoeken te laten drogen. De badkamer was dan ook meteen heel nat na 1 douchebeurt

Detta är det värsta boendet jag någonsin bott i. Lägenheten och hela huset var fuskrenoverat. Toalett dörren gick inte att stänga då hela dörren var felaktigt insatt. Kapphängare, gardinstänger rasade ner från väggarna. Det stank avlopp i hela lägenheten. Ingen från ALTIDO som äger/förvaltar huset gjorde någon som helst ansats att ordna till lägenheten trots upprepade klagomål från vår sida.

La entrega de llaves fue lo peor no funcionaba la caja donde estaban las llaves y en Altido no habia nadie que nos pudiera explicar como acceder a dicha caja,estuvimos mas de dos horas llamando al tef de contacto ,menos mal que otra persona que estaba en los apartamentos nos pudo abrir la caja y asi pudimos entrar.En el apartamento no habia ni vasos ni platos ni cubiertos tuvimos que comprar unos de plastico.
