"A good location. Very hot. Bad smell"

Amazing location.

There was a strong, disgusting scent from both the bathroom and the courtyard. I believe there may be a problem with the sewerage as the stench from the bathroom was unbearable. The courtyard also smelt a mix of cigarettes and urine. Shelves inside had fallen off the wall and were laying on the ground. The free standing fan was also broken and there was no air con remote, even though there is ducted air con throughout.
