Entire guest suite with gated property

Appartamente in buona posizione, tranquillo. Carina la veranda fuori con il ping pong. Proprietari molto gentili e disponibili.

L'appartamento non era particolarmente pulito, molta polvere sui comodini in camera. Ma la mancanza più grande è stata quella di un tavolo in cucina per mangiare (in veranda faceva freddino) e l'assenza di un piano cottura, oltre a cose basilari come zucchero, sale, cavatappi, etc. I proprietari, però, ad ogni nostra piccola richiesta, sono sempre stati subito disponibili e molto gentili.

The location was ideal for visiting Kelmscott Manor.

There was a microwave and a toaster, but no oven.

Pete was very kind and welcoming. When I had a question, he kindly suggested a place for dinner, and it turned out to be wonderful. The private parking inside the gate also made me feel very safe and secure. Thanks!

Fridge was stocked with soft & alcoholic drinks if wanted, with honesty box. Security of property, so felt safe. Very clean property. Pete was friendly and communicated well.

No hand towel for bathroom. No coffee in welcome pack, only tea, sugar & milk sachets. No water bottles in fridge, even though listed with honesty box. TV in wrong positiion to look at front on, even though it came off wall & turned. No curtain/blind on rear door into conservatory & all other curtains had gaps in, so didn't feel 100% private. No fresh air available in bedroom, as window opens into a warm conservatory.

Really nice and clean and spacious compared to a hotel room. Host was really nice (I didn't need to request anything extra so can't comment on that). The Annex gives you privacy and the ability to come and go as you please. No complaints. Location is also good - 30 minutes into the Cotswalds and about 10 mins into Swindon.

Our stay was lovely our children loved the conservatory with pool table and ping pong also the outside had a trampoline so was perfect.
