Cozy Southampton apt with free parking

The bed was comfortable

No hot water and cockroach’s in kitchen

Location was perfect for where we wanted to go. Lovely park opposite.

Only enough water for 1 person at any one time. 1 mug between 4 people - other 3 mugs delivered at 10pm at night. Would not stay again unfortunately

Apartment had everything you needed with little extras like milk and water in the fridge which was a nice thought. A clear attention to detail has been paid inside.

Outside lets it down a liitle as front garden of property is a bit over grown and parking on site is really just for one car not 2 as we had booked.

Advertised as a two bedroom apartment with an additional sofa bed however this was false, one bedroom and a sofa bed in the open plan living room! No hand wash in the bathroom, and hot tap wouldn’t work. Weeds growing up to the window ledge and around the front of the property, the parking space is actually a bin store. At a push this property would be worth £50-60 a night, however the price being charged is simply extortionate. Avoid at all costs, the property is akin to a bedsit! Strong smell of marijuana outside the property also! We left and booked a hotel and booking.com refunded us thankfully!

The apartment was spotlessly clean and communication with the owner was excellent. The apartment was furnished to a very high standard and had all the necessary facilities. The owner had left milk and water in the fridge as well as snacks which was a nice touch.
