Just the bed

It was very dirty 😔 lots of the furniture was broken tolet sit was broken tv had all finger prints the sofers hade Stains. I was charged 200 pounds just in case we break something but when we got there, there was damage already.not clean.

The refund of the security fee wasn’t instant They should remember to keep a lighter at the apartment A provision of blender would be a nice idea The saucepans were too small

"A comy apartment but very likely I will not stay here again"

Overall, we enjoyed our stay in the apartment. It had a warm and inviting atmosphere, and the sofa was plush that provided extreme comfort. As avid cooking enthusiasts, we were delighted to find kitchen utensils that we thoroughly used to cook. We found a hazardous crevice in the middle of the bathtub that could potentially slash our feet, and contacted customer support that promptly sent the maintenance team to temporarily add stucco filler and replace the entire bathtub the following day. Finally, I did not have to meet anyone for the check-in and check-out process, you simply receive a code for the lockbox to gain access to the property and drop it there once you leave.

There are a key areas that I felt that the property could be improved. 1. When booking the property, we were shocked to discover that a steep cleaning fee included in the price. However, upon closer inspection, we noticed substantial spider webs clinging to the windows, an overwhelming amount of dust on the shades, and persistent dark mold in the bathtub. 2. Our apartment was located on the ground floor right next to the main entry. As a result, we could hear every time someone entered the hall leading to other apartments, which proved to be extremely uncomfortable, particularly in the early morning when people would exit before 7 am. 3. Despite the maintenance team replacing the broken bathtub, they neglected to clean up after themselves, which was disappointing. If I pay a cleaning fee, that should not be my concern at all. I contacted customer support immediately to inform them of the situation and request assistance. However, it took hours to receive a response, and when I finally heard back, the message merely stated that they would consult the property manager. Dissatisfied with the lack of prompt resolution, I decided to call their phone number the next day. To my dismay, a lady responded in an extremely arrogant manner, inquiring if I had taken any pictures and casually mentioning that the cleaning fee would still be charged in full, regardless of whether I cleaned or not 4 - I somewhat expected a larger tv considering the distance from the sofa. Initially, the tv had extreme static, I had to quickly troubleshoot and found that the coaxial cable was in contact with the power cable which created interference - albeit they should have realised that. Oddly enough, it worked with some tv channels apart from the ones I really wanted to watch but I digress.
