Las Casitas Village at El Conquistador

Everything was perfect. Perfect location, clean, quiet, beautiful view, friendly staff, amazing. We love it.

Loved our stay. The 3 bed villa we stayed in was very comfortable and the resort is stunning! So many activities and pools/amenities/water park. Only complaint is that the ferry to the island should be run more frequently as on busy days there was a wait.

Vacation was great however we were charged twice for our stay Followed by weeks of unanswered communication for any resolution

Was wonderful the whole trip la casita village. The Staff was amazing from the ferry, water park, female bar tender from palomino, young guy from from the bar upstairs, restaurants my oldest daughter enjoy her birthday stay. The little village jacuzzi was not working so we have to go at conquistador jacuzzi that was always packed with children with out parents supervision need staff to supervise this areas. The only thing they have to explain in details the hidden charges fees upfront of our stay then mentioning until the last day at the front desk. The charges was per night fee is $125 plus taxes beside our hotel charges should explain in detail of the booking or front desk at the first day that will help my family spend wisely of our stay for the food spending.

We had an amazing week at El Conquistador (Casitas). Everything was so nice and it is a special place with something for everyone to love. Even though this is a large resort, it felt oddly intimate and you would see the same people over and over again. None of the facilities were ever over-crowded, and because there are so many options of things to do guests are spread out doing what they love, whether it’s golfing, playing pickleball, going to one of the many pools, taking the ferry to Palamino Island and sitting on the beach, going to the waterpark, dining at the restaurants etc., never had to wait for anything. The service is great, staff very friendly (Timothy was the best), and facilities are clean and well maintained. I don’t usually leave reviews but was so pleased with our stay I had to write about it. We stayed in a 2 bdrm Casita and while this is further from the hotel, it was a 5 minute walk and there were always shuttle service if we needed it. The infinity pool and hot tub near our Casita was incredible with the most picturesque views and a huge balcony that we loved. Very spacious villa, we will definitely return! So sad to leave this beautiful slice of heaven but so many great memories!
