The property is in good location and I would say comfortable

The property is full of Cockroaches, air condition in one of the rooms did not work and the agency Wonderfull Italy did nothing to fix it. In Fact this agency is useless call centre thats all

Überhaupt nichts!!! Einzige positive war der Standort.

Wir haben drei Nächte in der Unterkunft Terrazze dell’Olivo gebucht und wurden bei der Ankunft unfreundlich und unter Zeitdruck empfangen. Bereits im Vorfeld setzte die Gastgeberin mit zahlreichen Nachrichten unnötig Druck auf uns. Bei der Übergabe stellte sich schnell heraus: Die Wohnung war in einem unzureichenden Zustand. Das Geschirr war schmutzig, der Abfall der Vormieter wurde nicht entsorgt, die Toilette nicht richtig gereinigt, und die Klimaanlagen funktionierten teilweise gar nicht – in einem Schlafzimmer kam sogar heiße Luft heraus. Trotz mehrmaliger Meldung wurde das Problem nicht behoben. Nachts entdeckten wir Kakerlaken – in der Küche, im Wohnzimmer, im Bad und sogar im Bett. Die Unterkunft war allgemein nicht sauber: Auf der Terrasse lagen leere Flaschen, ein Liegestuhl war unbrauchbar. Auf unsere Beschwerden reagierte weder die Gastgeberin noch der Kundenservice zielführend. Es wurde lediglich ein Spray gegen Kakerlaken hinterlassen. Kurz vor dem Check-out wurden wir aufgefordert, den Müll mitzunehmen und die Wohnung selbst aufzuräumen – trotz der offensichtlichen Missstände. Fazit: Diese Unterkunft ist nicht zu empfehlen. Hygiene, Kommunikation und Service waren mangelhaft. Wir raten dringend von einer Buchung ab.

Nice location, but flat was not properly furnished as far as the kitchen is concerned. Difficult to communicate with the local people in charge of the apartment, although we spoke fluently Italian.

Nothing special

You shouldnt give cleaning and reciclyng lessons when you have such a dirty entrance. Dirtyness, an abandoned matress, mobiliary ... lied at the entrance floor. And the owner or the employee constantly insisting in our times of arrival and departure even we left the place before the departure time..

The location was excellent for getting about the area. It was also surprisingly quiet given it's location. Cars could not enter the street but it was a short walk to the property. The entrance area was very unsightly and the various flights of stairs to the actual apartment would cause problems for anyone with any mobility problems. The terrace and rooftop area were excellent for relaxing and provided full sun and shaded areas.

We requested another key for the premises as there were three adults but told there was not one available. We could not find mop and bucket to clean the tiled floors and despite constant texting to and fro to Wonderful Italy we were constantly told there must be one. I believe the office did not know the property well enough to inform us that there was a hidden cupboard in the stairwell where the items were. We eventually discovered it at the end of our week. From day one we also reported lack of water pressure in the wash hand basin in the main bathroom. The office acknowledged by texts but nothing was done. There were no dish cloths to dry dishes and the kitchen cupboard contents were rather sparse if there had been five persons renting the property.

Great location in Ortigia’s old Jewish district. Lovely terrace on the apartment level and a rooftop one level up. Easy, smooth communication that is in charge of renting the property. Beautiful, historic rooms. Loved the stone bench in the kitchen.

The selective trash management is a bit complicated but they give you very good instructions.

Nice location in the old town. Spacious bed rooms and the two terraces are amazing! Excellent service for check in and check out! After leaving the apartment I had forgotten something. The cleaner brought it to the office where I could pick it up! Super friendly!

I loved the location and the two terraces. The bedrooms were huge and wonderful, the bathrooms are excellent and fully equipped, with functioning showers and a bath tub. The kitchen is an open solution, easy to make food and serve on the terrace. Upstairs there are possibilities for barbecue, and the terrace furniture were sufficient and nice. The staff at Wonderful Italy is nice and serviceminded.

The apartment is lacking in equipment for 5 people. I had to ask for more glasses and cutlery, and they came with some more when I sent photos. Don't seem to read text messages and can't answer questions about the apartment. No water boiler. Some things seemed unfinished: a place with lots of cables in the kitchen and one afternoon 3 men spent hours trying to fix the citophone. No washing machine or washing facilities for cleaning the benches or the floors (one dirty cloth lying outdoors). Had to buy different sort of bags for the garbage bins. Only 1 key for 5 people.
