Property smelt of cigarette smoke, toilets very small. Would not recommend taking a family.

Schöne Raumaufteilung, wir waren vier Personen. Öffis und Einkaufen direkt vor der Haustür, 10 Minuten zum Zentrum. Leichter Zugang zur Wohnung und die Böden sind alle neu gelegt worden! Wir würden diese Unterkunft gern wieder nehmen.

Well sized for us (a group of 5). It's neither too large or small. Having three bedrooms was a blessing as we were able to rotate as we pleased. The main bathroom has Phillips Hue lighting that was fun to use with different mood lightings. The kitchen is well stocked. A bonus was the toaster. Our breakfast for the entirety of our stay was sorted due to this. The apartment is less than 200m from the tram stop, which is served by frequent connections to the main tourist attractions. There are 3 Spar supermarkets nearby and a few bakeries too. That was another positive.

The heating setup could have been better. The house was too warm for our liking The radiator knob wasn't working properly so had to resort to opening the window at times. The bathroom and toilet doors couldn't be locked. All of us had to sing from inside to let others know the rooms were occupied :D

the apartment was clean, but there have been some cobwebs in some areas.
