Whittakers Barn Farm Bed and Breakfast

The location is perfect, the farmhouse is very cosy, our room was spotlessly clean, Megan is a lovely host, very friendly & helpful nothing was too much trouble for her. Breakfast was homemade & delicious. We will definitely return now we’ve found this little gem.

Excellent location with picturesque view, ideal for exploring this part of North Yorkshire. Nice pub with good food within easy walking distance. Accommodation was one of the nicest B&Bs we’ve ever stayed in; tastefully decorated, well equipped, and exceptionally clean. Megan was lovely and cooked an amazing breakfast!

Megan is a wonderful host, the breakfast was delicious and our room was very clean and nicely decorated. Lovely view of the Dales countryside.

Excellent breakfast in a delightful lounge/dining space. Good separation between the tables and several options for breakfast menu. Megan was very welcoming and helpful. Try Megan's top-rated pubs for evening meals - The Fountaine Inn in Linton, the Black Horse (Hotel) in Grassington, and the Craven Arms in Appletreewick. They are all good and reasonably priced.

We stayed 4 nights in the Malhamdale room with a good view of the countryside. This barn conversion has country features which add to the ambience of this venue - nothing to complain about. One suitcase stand would have been useful. The bathroom uses motion detectors for its lights and fan - not a problem for us.
