Lovely location. Beautifully furnished. Excellent breakfast. Friendy staff.

Horrible pillows.

The location was perfect for visiting Grassington and surrounding areas. The property was spotlessly clean. Megan, the host was very professional and so friendly and the breakfast she cooked was the best we’ve ever had. We would definitely stay here again and would have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone.

(written by wife of the booking.com member) Whittakers Barn Farm House is an absolute Gem. In truth, Meghan is the Star. Her attention to detail and hospitality is excellent. When I entered my room, I felt as if I entered my own guest room at home. Beautiful bathroom, linens, and decor. We were two long time friends touring Yorkshire and were very happy to be staying at Whittakers Barn. We were welcome to spend a quiet evening in cosy sofas that are part of the breakfast room, and enjoy some cheese and wine which we brought. The area is perfect for exploring the Dales, and the pub down the road was easy to walk to and enjoy dinner. I look forward another visit.

Great location for our purposes. Nice and fairly large room. Clean and bright. Megan was a great hostess and very helpful and attentive.

WiFi was too slow for our needs. Bed was too soft for my injured shoulder and sore back.

Clean comfortable room and bathroom. Comfortable bed. Excellent full English breakfast with lots of alternate options cereal, fruit, yoghurt etc. Lovely host.
