Seaview Apartment walking to the Beach

wonderful apartment. very nicely furnished, in a great location, near the beach, the view from the windows is super to the ocean. Very well equipped, everything you need, crockery, tools and so on.

Foi como estar em casa, fora de casa! O apartamento corresponde exatamente às fotografias. Os quartos são muito espaçosos, a sala também. A cozinha é totalmente equipada. A varanda com vista para o mar é fantástica! Foi uma experiência muito boa, mesmo.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und bietet viel Platz. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet.

Leider sind die Wände ein bischen hellhörig!

Casa muito boa, principalmente para famílias! Muito bem localizada e com uma vista incrível para o mar! Muito confortável, acolhedora e com estacionamento privado.

- location is excellent, close to the ocean, Lido promenade, beach, lava swimming pools, - Internet speed is excellent - Ocean views - beds are comfortable, not soft - spacious - private parking space

- doors are very noisy - The building itself & and the apartment are outdated, the shower cabin is so tiny that adult person can hardly fit inside, to say nothing about moving there, the TV is hardly working - you need to wait for quite some time before hot water appears, and after cold it just becomes super hot and it is hard to balance it - kitchen utensils are very basic & limited, if your cup is in the dishwasher you need to wait) - weird abandoned shopping mall in the apartment complex yard instead of children or sports playground - The host's attitude is ridiculous, she tried to rip us off a crazy amount of money for things that were broken just because of their age/low quality.

Everything was perfect, we were very surprise with nice and new furnithing. The apartment is big and it has got good position - near beach and restaurant, but in quiet part of town. The owner is very friendly and every our questions answers immediately.
