Clean and area

Had guest staying on property that wasn't renting room Had some guy sleeping in living area where guests comes in and out and manger and owner was aware of it

I liked how everything was set up . It was nice and clean. Friendly tentants and not noisy at all. Great for a getaway for sure.

Could use more outlets and proper air conditioning

It was a nice lil area. We were in the back of the house. Had our own entrance to our room.

Found a roach when. I was in the room. But I just seen one. Listing says washer and dryer. They told me when I went to ask for the location of the appliances that I couldn’t use it because I wasn’t staying a week but it doesn’t say that on the listing. Come to find out from another tenant it was broken. I went to use the kitchen and the dishes weren’t properly washed. There was a pan left in the oven that wasn’t clean and no oven mits. Kitchen just looked like someone lived there once u started opening cabinets and the fridge. Ew.

Was rude black dread head in the halls all hours smoking weed.. was lied to a few times by gorge was rude had to keep calling just to pay.. after I stayed for almost a month two days left he found a reason to say leave with no time to find better stay

Horrible rude and a bunch of crack heads on the property

Very difficult to feel comfortable when the tub looks like

It was very quiet n peaceful

It wasn’t nothing I dislike about but the driveway
