I like the parking

It’s older and the room I was renting was very cold other than that it was ok

On the positive side, I appreciated having a fireplace in the room, as well as the convenience of a fridge, sink, and microwave. The bed was large and comfortable for two people, and the parking was adequate. Overall, while there were some redeeming features, the poor cleanliness and safety concerns made this stay less enjoyable than we had hoped.

We recently stayed at this Airbnb and, unfortunately, were disappointed with several aspects of our stay. While the price was affordable for something in Atlanta, the property is located in South Atlanta, which may not feel entirely safe for some guests. If you’re unfamiliar with the area, exercise caution. The room we stayed in has a staircase immediately in front of the door, which could pose a safety hazard, especially for families with children. Cleanliness was a major issue. The room appeared as though it hadn’t been cleaned or mopped in a long time. We found hair throughout the bathroom and had to clean it ourselves with Lysol. The bathtub was rusting but covered with a mat, which seemed unhygienic. Additionally, the fridge had excessive frost buildup in the freezer compartment, making it difficult to open and use. There was also left over food from the guests that stayed before, it just looked like the place was not cleaned in a long time!!

The room was not “comfortable” and “relaxing” as advertised. The ceiling was peeling, the room was freezing, it had a heavy basement scent and it was difficult accessing the unit!

The House keeper is very pleasant and prompt to contact the owner for you asap. She’s sweet and very informative.

There’s not fans in the downstairs area. So when the air is not flowing it gets real still and stuffy fast. Not ideal for a person with asthma or breathing difficulties! There are random bugs and the dishes provided I suggest you clean thoroughly before using. Check under your beds, there’s plenty of dust and matter under them. Especially the upstairs suite!
