The only good thing about this place was the sweet and helpful cleaning woman. She was exceptional and very kind. She honestly needs a raise.

On top of the LOUD ALL DAY/NIGHT BANGING FROM THE ROOM UPSTAIRS! The owners/ owners assistant so I was told. Disrespectfully contacted me saying people were complaining about my wife using the restroom. I attempted to explain, she wasn't taking long on purpose. That she has a condition that causes her to use the restroom quite a lot.(FYI she would wait hrs before she'd go so she wouldn't keep anyone from getting ready in the morning) Of course with no preval I was interrupted and told my wife could go in a BAG OR BUCKET. which they then hung up and said we wouldn't be able to book with them if she continues to use the restroom "too long".

1. Non-disclosure: this was a 4-way shared house. Everything shared except the bedroom. I would never, had I known. 2. TV reception hopeless … jury-rigged aerial not sufficient. Ruined my weekend. 3. Shared fridge packed with others’ beer … no room 4. No information re eateries, shopping-nothing 5. I asked for early entry. Refused with lies (cleaner still to come). I was there. Waited. Nothing. Straight lie. 6. Owner supplied wrong (my guess - deliberate malice) code for key box leading to distress and anger. An act of bastardry. My worst ever accommodation with Booking.com

There was nothing to be liked about this property. I am astonished at how the reviews are completing misleading and couldn’t be further from the truth about this property.

PLEASE don’t be tricked by this property. BEWARE OF ROACH INFESTATION AT THIS PROPERTY. LOUD MUSIC AND UNPROFESSIONAL PROPERTY MANAGER. Loud tenants, uncleanliness, not stock with essentials exc. I was never offered a refund. I chose to leave the property within two hours of my stay ( I booked for a weekend) & manager refuses to give me a refund. Other tenants loud, rooms are disgusting, and there is a roach infestation throughout the kitchens and rooms. I sent videos to manager and called several times to have loud music reduces in the home but it was never adjusted. I communicated thoroughly and professionally with the property’s manager and he refused to refund my weekends stay despite the video evidence of what took place. I was never granted a refund, or any reconciliation. I then left and had to book another place, without a refund and in tears. Please be aware of the false reviews for this property.

Asked to change rooms. Locked out for over half an hour. No toiletries. Rooms had a smell. Tv screen had cracks
