Property was very nice inside like a home from home

There was nothing we didn’t like about the property situated in a nice bit in the village with plenty to explore round about

Wardrobe space /clothes storage is limited in the bedroom.

Great central location and easy to find free on street parking. Very comfortable and clean. Super well equipped with every little extra already thought of. Bed nice and comfortable, and lovely dog bed provided for our elderly spaniel. Even a little box of dog towels etc. would definitely book again - and thank you Carol for the great communication.

Bedroom curtains could be a bit thicker or blackout blinds provided, but then we do like it very dark.

great location, near to all amenities, comfortable bed, lots of extras and sweet treats left. Close to lovely walks. We had a very enjoyable stay and were near to all the venues of the Kirkudbright jazz festival which was taking place. Tesco just a few minutes walk away and convenience store just opposite the property. Free parking available.

Obviously no fault of the owner - but traffic noise and seagulls woke us early during the week. (traffic noise not too bad at the weekend). Quite a lot of steps up to the property so probably not good for people with limited mobility.

The apartment is in a good location. There is a nice view out of the main window. It was warm and cosy and a great place to leave our little old Cairn Terrier for a short time while we explored the town.

The shared entrance way to the apartment was a bit dark as the automated light often didn't kick in soon enough. The kitchenette was prepared for the basics but would probably benefit from a few more cooking utensils.
