Cosy apartment in popular harbour town

It was cosy, warm, inviting, comfortable and in the centre of a great little village. Everything you needed was all in one place and good clear instructions were given to help with your stay.

I couldn’t spend more time there.

The host was very accommodating and when they discovered we were travelling with a toddler they put a baby gate at the stairs which was a life saver for us, we didn’t realise there were so many stairs.

As a couple this would have been 10/10 but the stairs after the baby gate were an issue for us as our son always wanted to play on them.

Great spot and perfect setting for the historic romance of Kirkcudbright. The stairs weren't easy with a heavy case but once in the nook, you had space, beautifully presented, views and every amenity you could imagine, then more. Minor query was immediately resolved and even the neighbours are lovely. My relos, who live locally, were most impressed and will recommend this place over the hotels they usually suggest.

Good to be able to do self catering

The apartment itself is set within a building full of character. It surpassed expectations and really did feel like a home from home. Everything was thought of in terms of things you might need whilst staying, and the bed was super comfy. The apartment was clean, tidy, cosy and inviting ☺️ Communication from Carol was lovely. The location was super and I just loved sitting at the bay window in the morning, looking out and watching the world go by with a cup of coffee, before heading out to explore this wonderful town and area. Wouldnt hesitate to stay again. Many thanks ☺️☺️

Cosy apartment was very clean and very well equipped to make your stay enjoyable. It is in a great location for all the sights, shops and food. I would thoroughly recommend it.
