CNAUlocation was good, far enough away from the main street but not too far. Was very clean and comfortable, looks were awesome. our family had a great time exploring the local area and coming back for relax swim at the villa.
if it rains heavy it will fill the pool from the roof, there is no where for the water to go and overflows and collects near the doors at the bedrooms as its sloped back to the building, if they took the little edge off the outdoor shower then the overflow would go there, and gutter the roof and pipe out of the building.

COWe were very unsatisfied. The house was wet and nobody came to clean it up. The dirty water run into the pool. Cot the owners was only important, how much money he wanted to give us back, because we wanted to stay the any more. He didn’t have any solutions. The other to houses closed to ours were empty. Also the furniture in our house were wet.
It rained quite hard in the afternoon the day we arrived. The house was completely flooded. Water came down from the walls and ceiling. The whole house was unter water. The water from the pool flooded the living room, the kitchen and the dining room. No coffe maker, no toaster. No very clean. ( china, drawers in the kitchen). No linen in the kitchen, no hand towels.

The communication is really poor, and we didn't get any instructions for checking in despite having messaged them multiple times. Questions about a fifth bed also needed to be chased and followed up. There was no one when we arrived at night in the pouring rain. There was no hot water during our entire stay. Water cooler didn't work. Air conditioning wasn't powerful enough. They didn't come to clean the villa the entire three days we were there. It's 7 minutes walk to the beach and Pepito supermarket but you will need a motorbike to go anywhere else. Not easy getting a grab bike during low season from here either. Will not recommend not stay again.
