It was not clean. Dusty. I am sure they will improve with time.

I ll never ever book monavy riverside lodge. The place is really a dungeon. I booked for 4 nights and I only stayed there for 1 night because the place is horrible.

Nothing and I was humiliated because of the remarks I wrote in December 2024. The owner through the phone denied us access to the room and told us to get refund from Booking. Com. It was around 24:00 mid night when my wife and I were turned back. We slept in the car along the road and our lives were kept at risk. Our rights as customers were harshly violated by the company. We thought that comments on Booking. Com were meant to help the company improve customer services. The owner was too harsh and inhuman to us. We request Booking. Com to apply strictest consequence management against the barbaric actions of the owner and the company. We request to be compensated reasonable amount of money to redeem our humanity. We also request to be refunded. The whole world must know that the property does not have respect for human rights and the rights for customers.

1. Waiting long at gate hooting for opening at night, safety concern at a place I don't know. 2. The fact that the staff didn't know that theere is a booking. 3. Allocated a room that is not clean. 4. Not active to check if the guest is well settled and would need anything. 5. Not accessible at reception when needed 6. I checked out almost 30 minutes after I checked in as I wasn't happy with the plave and service.

The staff. Especially the housekeeping ladies. They are doing their job with care.

There were a lot of bugs 🐛 in my room. No insecticides to help the situation. The place is new so the rooms are not finished. There are no basics like a kettle microwave or a fridge, which was disappointing 😕 . The water is not as hot as it should be. There are no plugs for charging cellphones by the bedside.

Rooms have unpleasant smell. Untidy bedding. Linen as the only bedding for the whole night. Dustbins not attended and covered the whole place with bad smell. No towels, bath soap and body lotion. No stuff for tea or coffee. The focus is about making money rather providing quality service.
