The rooms were not clean, we found ladies sanitary padd in the dustbin left by the previous guests which indicated that they dont take their guests seriously. The other room had dirt on the bed and open condom raps. The electricity ther is not stable. It keeps tripping. The shower didnt have hot water.
ZAPeaceful and quiet place to lodge. Clean room, tidy sheets and I got to enjoy my favorite shows on Netflix. The staff was humble and very helpful for any requests I had no matter the hour on the night. Overall a good place, with just a few improvements needed, like providing breakfast in the morning since they already provide refreshments.

I didn’t like the fact that when I had to bath or wash my hands I have to tell the receptionist to switch on the machine to pump water like Joh
ZAThe place is in poor condition: the sheets have brown stains, the pillows smell, the toilet is dirty, and the shower drains poorly. The door has visible cracks, allowing people to see inside, and it doesn't lock properly. There is only one iron and one kettle for nearly 30 rooms. The electricity is insufficient to power the iron or even boil water. The yard has just three dirty mugs for everyone to use. When you check in, you're given a small towel, barely bigger than a face cloth. To make matters worse, there were old, deflated balloons left hanging in the wardrobe, suggesting the room hadn't been properly cleaned after the previous guests.

1. The hotel is not yet ready for occupation. Cupboards and Wadrobes are unavailable. 2. The gate alarm rings the whole night, everytime the gate opens. A serious nuisance. 3. No hot water on the first floor. 4. No sensitisation re hours for Loadshedding or load reduction. 5. The mattress of the bed is rock solid, making it difficult to sleep. 6. The whole hotel uses one iron. Rooms have no ironing boards.
