Everything in the apartment was in order.

Location, everything inside the property was excellent. As usual it was bit difficult to get to the location, find out things in beginning but after some effort, one would get things sorted.

Owner is not very cooperative e.g. I ask him something and instead of guiding and understanding guest situations, he would point to the same old messages and video he shared. In toilet light was not working and it was not replaced during our stay.

The accommodation is modern, pleasant, in a good location. Private garage a big plus. Instructions for keys and entry in the style of Mission Impossible.

There were no escaiges for all persons, and also no glasses. A big problem was the broken led panel in the toilet, where you can't stay without light (pitched darkness) - it's not convenient to keep the door open while family members are watching you. When reporting a malfunction, the manager replies that he can only call the repair team on the third day - unacceptable and unprofessional (it takes 5 minutes to change the panel). Facility manager incompetence.
