Good location in a quiet district, good undergroiund parking.

The manager of the property H22 is awfully incompetent. I asked to do extension for one day, as we needed extra day after long travel. The manager referred to booking.com, they couldnt do it, extension was not available on bokking.com. The only option was to mame a new book, for the same property for a following day (meaning i had to pay for cleaning service twice). I asked the manager in booking.com chat not to be charged for cleaning twice and asked for compensation - it was clear request. They ignored the request and charged 35 eur twice, pretending they do not understand. Moreover, cleaning lady came at 10 am following dag though I specifically asked the managee that they ensure that cleaning service do not come as we did extension. So the manager earned extra 35 eur for cleaning, ie for service which has not been provided. Manager played s fool gane.. Just pure incompetence and greediness. Kitchen was not properly clean and kitchenware was dirty. A/C in the kiving room is located just opposite the sofa so you need to move it to avoid your kid catching the cold

Very clean and very good instructions to enter the apartment were given

Good size apartment and good value for money.

The host did not seem the friendliest. We were 3 people and did the check in for 3 people, but only had 2 towels in total for a 5 night stay. No duvet or bed sheets for the 3rd person staying on the sofa.

The apartment was OK

The toilet needed cleaning of the walls tiles.

We arrived from Serbia an hour before and checked into the apartment, but we were very rudely forced to leave because we entered an hour before. With a small baby, we waited for an hour in front of the apartment, even though the apartment was ready for entry. I understand that it is a house order, but one should have a sense of humanity.
