"Good"

Spacious apartment and very central location.

Steps up to front door followed by four flights of spiral stairs up to apartment - "upper floors accessible by stairs" is not an accurate description. Lighting in hallway was very poor during the day especially when carrying up luggage. Very small sink in bathroom with glass shelf just above it.

Amazing location. Large and comfortable. Note: be aware...small spiral steps and a 4th floor walk up. Not a big deal unless you are hurt, feeble, or have a ridiculous amount of luggage.

The rooms were great, very comfortable

We were not told until after that it was a 4th floor walk up. I am 74 and my sister is 71- the stairs were hard for us. Also we ran out of toilet paper.

"Perfect location for our family."

We were here for the Military Tattoo. You can not beat the location!! It is so awesome to be able to be right next to the castle. Everything was right there. The only thing is this particular apartment was the 4th floor. That was ok for us but would be problematic for some people.

"Never again"

Great location but that was the only good part of the apartment. I would not stay there again or recommend it to anyone.

We had to use a link to open the door of the building which didn't work. I had arrived at 23.30 with my 13 year old son and we were left outside in the freezing cold for over an hour while the management company tried to figure out a way to get us into the building. I had to wake up another resident in the end who didn't really want to let us in as he didn't know who we were. If he hadn't I don't know what time we would have got into the building. Once in the building we had the code for the lockbox next to the door of the apartment. This could have been by the main door just as the other apartments had. Once we were in the apartment the heating also didn't work. Overall very disappointed with the apartment considering the money we had spent. Great location but that was the only good part of the apartment. I would not stay there again or recommend it to anyone
