rooms were good as spacious

the pool was closed for renovations which were not mentioned during booking. breakfast was poor as had to leave hote and go to another restaurant with a voucher which only entitled me to toast and a coffee. no sun loungers and had to go to another hotel with a voucher again. this time I had to pay to use the lounger 500pesos.

"good location but amenities need improving."

very good location and very clean. nice big comfy bed and big tv and plug sockets either side of the bed.

shower unfortunately was very bad. we had hot water once in the whole stay and the flow is extremely weak. no safe in the room made it uncomfortable for us to get the room cleaned while we were out.

the beds were comfortable and the shower had a steady stream of water. the spa bath was also awesome

there were bugs in the room but we gently removed them w a cup. bring ear plugs

The towels were really raggedy. Plus TV and Internet didn’t work in the room. Luckily we could get a weak signal from Reef 38
