Beautiful Ocean Views at The Victorian

Excellent location

Door entry handles falling off. Dirt/particles on the floor when supposedly had been cleaned. Broken soap dispenser in shower. Someone's used socks left behind on rug which means it probably was never vacuumed.

The facility was efficient and clean

One of the benches at the table was broken on arrival and the door handle on the inside was loose. Nothing that can’t be fixed.

Location was great

Property didn’t seem like it was really cleaned prior to our arrival, a lot of dust and dirt. Broken bench to the table that seems like it’s been that way for a while. Losing electricity and then losing the water the next day and by the time we left we had to carry luggage down 3 flights of stairs since both elevators were broken.

Nothing, The service was bad

The front desk didn't help me out with my room. Someone was already in there when I asked the. Desk clerk to go check the room. They didn't want to go up there and check the room. My choice would never go to the Victorian again. Hey. Thank you.

There was an ocean view.

The space was very cramped.The lights in the bedroom did not work, and the coffee maker did not work. The bedroom was very warm, no air flow. Bed needs a new mattress. Given the small space the wall color was too dark and made it very gloomy

The location, price and place was nice.

Elevator was broken had to walk to other end to fuse the other since we were on the third floor. Door handle on inside was falling off. The AC took quite a while to cool, was not a big issue though.

A very good location! The apartments were convenient, clean with the view to the pool and gulf! We liked it very much!
