Nothing was good

Room was horrible filled with cockroach ,beds were smelling and had stains on blanket. Dirty room not suitable for anyone

Hotel room was dirty. There was no AC in room or entire hotel. Why it was mentioned in Booking.com then. Bathroom was dirty. Bedsheets were not clean. Towel was with lot of holes in it. Bathroom basin was leaking. Not hot water. No proper ventilation. In short room was not ment for living can be used for storage.

Waste of money and its not worth for 1500. It can be worth for 400

Extremely bad. Not at all advertised as in Booking.com. Rude staff and unprofessional. The service is the worst and never spend a single penny on this hotel. They were even reluctant to provide a key for the room. So you can imagine how bad the service is.

Booking.com is a big big scam. I had booked a room viewing rooms pics on their website. Actual rooms are in very very bad state. I actually booked on booking.com and they intern booked on OYO. And as Oyo rooms are infamously famous for all wrong deeds, the same thing was going on in Super O Thimmayya road as well. And more over I had booked an AC with TV room and this particular property Does Not have ACand TV facility. I called up the help line and that lady wasted my 58 minutes on phone and asked me to wait until 12noon. At 12:5 pm I called up the help line again and wasted another 46 minutes and ended up shifting to a new property again an Oyo property at 1:30pm spending more for cabs. This room was filled with cigarette smell and liquor smell. We felt so unsafe here I did use even the wash room fearing hidden camera.We were only ladies and we got a room opening in a bar. Instead of wasting my time , energy and peace of mind I chose to shift to a new decent hotel, all thanks to my friend who personally went to this property, checked everything and booked a room for me. I sincerely request people out there Not to book any rooms on these so called online booking apps. They are a BIG SCAM.

We are not staying in that because in the app there is lot facilities are mentioned but if we have to go that location there is car parking and no Air condition and also room is in 2nd floor but there is no lift... That's why we are not able to stayed in that room we are left but the amount is not refunded very worst experience i have
