We really liked the villa itself, it was spacious, beautifully designed, clean, and featured a lovely pool area with comfortable seating. The layout was well thought out and the kitchenette was well equipped. The location was also excellent, just a short walk from the main road with plenty of cafés and bars nearby

Unfortunately, our stay was affected by a serious safety issue on New Year’s Eve when fireworks were set off by neighbours and came over the villa wall. The situation escalated, and although staff were present, they did not intervene, which left us feeling unsafe and unsupported. A staff member later checked on us and, although it seemed to be a nervous laugh, it still gave the impression that the situation wasn’t being taken seriously. While management later acknowledged the issue, the overall handling of the incident overshadowed our stay.

地理位置好，从小巷子出来就是bintang超市，生活便利。

浴巾有点儿旧了，适当换新的吧。房间有点儿味儿，可能是驱蚊器味道没散出，又混合了霉味儿。希望打扫后能喷些空气清新剂。单人床有点儿窄，每次翻身都怕掉下去。

Sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal. Unsere Villa war super (Teratai), grosszügig, sonnig, grosser Pool. Die Lage der Anlage ist zentral, nur ein paar Schritte zum Bintang Supermarkt und der Hauptstrasse, wo viele Shops und Restaurants zu finden sind. Betten sind bequem und Küche ist gut ausgerüstet, auch für längeren Aufenthalt. Wir würden jederzeit wieder-kommen. Preislich sehr günstig für eine 2 Schlafzimmer-Villa.

Dass die Villa nachher besetzt war, als wir verlängern wollten, die übrigen Villen sind eher etwas düster und haben uns nicht ganz befriedigt. Nächstes Jahr vorher erkundigen, wie der Lärm der Grossbaustelle neben der Anlage ist, bevor gebucht wird.
